Rowan-Salisbury Schools South Rowan High School - China Grove, North Carolina Job Description Starting Date: Immediately Purpose: To keep buildings and grounds safe, neat, clean, and presentable at all times. Qualifications: Successful work experience Physical Requirements: Depending on the job duties assigned for the day, employees may perform lifting and pulling on a more frequent or less frequent basis. Lifting up to 50 pounds, and more than 50 pounds with assistance, may be a common requirement. Bending, squatting, twisting, kneeling, crouching, and being on feet for extended periods of time may be frequent occurrence. Walking backwards will be a common requirement, especially when assisting in finishing floors. Climbing ladders up to 25 feet may be required on occasion.
