Small Business Connect Specialist (Tempe AZ) Call Center 30 hours

Small Business Connect Specialist Deliver exceptional customer service aligned with U.S. Bank Core Values while providing comprehensive financial solutions to small business clients with annual revenues up to $2.5 million. This hybrid call‑center role focuses on driving growth through proactive outbound calling, supporting branch‑based clients, and leveraging digital tools to build strong, trusted relationships. The Specialist works three days per week at the assigned call center location. Responsibilities Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate product solutions. Open and service accounts, ensuring compliance with banking policies. Achieve assigned sales, revenue, and growth goals. Collaborate with branch partners, internal business lines, and referral partners. Refer clients to Business Banking or other U.S. Bancorp partners for additional needs. Basic Qualifications National Mortgage Licensing Service (NMLS) registration under the S.A.F.E. Act of 2008 and Regulation Z with ongoing compliance. Maintain a satisfactory criminal and credit record. Typically a Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience. Five or more years of customer service, sales, and/or prospecting experience. Preferred Skills & Experience Comprehensive knowledge of bank and branch policies, procedures, and support systems. Knowledge of cash flow management, business credit underwriting, and confident communication with underwriters. Excellent customer service aligned with U.S. Bank Core Values. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Understanding of banking operations, product knowledge, sales, new business development, customer service, and community relations. Experience in high call volume / call center environments. Location Expectations Works from a U.S. Bank location three (3) or more days per week.
