Registered Nurse – Medical/Surgical (Surgery Trauma Unit) Location: Grady Memorial Hospital Night shift, 12 hours per day, 3 days per week. Job Title: Registered Nurse – Medical/Surgical Unit: Surgery Trauma / High Acuity Floor Duration: 8 Weeks Schedule: Night Shift – 3x12s Hours: 36 hours/week Location: Atlanta, GA Requirements Minimum 2 years of recent experience in Med/Surg or Trauma specialty BLS certification required ACLS preferred EPIC experience required Must be willing to work assigned shifts — no block scheduling available Surgical patients Trauma and gunshot wound patients Quadriplegic and paraplegic patients High-acuity Surgery Trauma floor Phlebotomists available on unit Unit secretary available during night shift ED nurses and admitting unit complete nurse handoff process Preferred Skills Strong trauma and post-surgical care experience Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-acuity environment Excellent communication and interdisciplinary collaboration skills Experience caring for complex medical and trauma patients Patient Population Surgical patients Trauma and gunshot wound patients Quadriplegic and paraplegic patients Unit Details High-acuity Surgery Trauma floor Nurse-to-patient ratio: 5:1 Nursing Support Technicians available Phlebotomists available on unit Unit secretary available during night shift ED nurses and admitting unit complete nurse handoff process Why TalentBurst?
