Key Responsibilities for the Client Accounting Services Manager:

Oversee bookkeeping and payroll operations across multiple client accounts

Review financial statements, payroll, and reporting for accuracy and compliance

Manage and develop a small team of bookkeeping/payroll staff

Serve as primary client contact and maintain strong relationships

Identify opportunities for service expansion and support business development

Qualifications for the Client Accounting Services Manager:

Experience in full-cycle bookkeeping and payroll with oversight responsibilities

Prior team leadership or supervisory experience

Strong financial statement and general ledger expertise

CPA, EA, or similar certification preferred
