We’re growing and looking for a motivated, personable Inside Sales Representative to join our team in Bakerstown, PA. This position combines inside sales and customer service, making it a great fit for someone who enjoys talking with people, helping customers, and contributing to the growth of a business. Previous sales experience is not required—we’re willing to train the right person!

What You’ll Do
Answer inbound sales calls and assist prospective customers
Handle customer service calls professionally and efficiently
Respond to new sales inquiries received online and by email
Follow up with prospective customers and help convert inquiries into sales
Manage and grow the company’s community discount program
Conduct occasional outbound sales outreach during slower periods
Assist office personnel with additional sales-related responsibilities
Represent the company at the annual Pittsburgh Home & Garden Show
Assist with other general office responsibilities as needed

What We’re Looking For
Strong communication and customer service skills
Comfortable speaking with customers by phone, email, and in person
Positive, dependable, and professional attitude
Self-motivated with an interest in sales and earning commission
Ability to work effectively as part of a team
Willingness to learn and grow within the company
Previous sales or customer service experience is a plus, but not required

Monday–Friday, 7:45 AM–4:30 PM
45-minute lunch

Compensation & Benefits
This position offers a base salary of $45,000 plus commission , with compensation discussed during the interview.
