Carrier Sales Representative - Weekend Day Shift

Responsibilities Build and manage relationships with carriers, owner-operators, dispatchers, and drivers across North America. Source new carrier partners through outbound calls, networking, and industry tools. Develop a network of trusted carriers you can rely on to move freight consistently. Properly vet carriers to ensure our freight moves safely and efficiently. Negotiate rates to ensure profitability while maintaining service reliability. Provide full coverage and coordination of shipments for our Enterprise accounts – future, same day, and spot coverage. Dispatch and confirm that drivers have accurate pickup details within each shipment. Solve problems quickly and maintain strong service levels for our customers. Collaborate closely with our Enterprise team to find the best solutions for customer shipments. This role is for fast-paced and phone-driven individuals who enjoy competition, relationship building, and problem solving. Requirements Competitive and self-motivated to succeed in a fast-paced environment. Must be able to work Fri, Sat, Sun - 6am to 6pm. Proven ability to build relationships with internal colleagues and external customers. Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience. Sales experience in logistics or competitive industry preferred, but not required. Excellent communication skills (verbal and written); confident when speaking on the phone. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think quickly. Coachable and willing to learn in a team environment. Ability to work full-time in our Columbus office.
