Registered Nurse (RN) - CCU

TLC

Critical Care Float Pool Rn

Shift: 3x12s, Night 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM (36 hours/week) Weekend Expectation: weekend nights Friday/Saturday and a day shift (minimum every other weekend)

Float to multiple ICUs based on staffing and acuity

Minimum 2 years of ICU experience Travel experience required Must have valid compact or state RN license References: 2 professional references required; at least 1 from a manager/director

Provide comprehensive nursing care to critically ill patients in various intensive care units. Administer medications and treatments according to established protocols and physician orders. Monitor and assess patient conditions, adjusting care plans as necessary. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes. Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care using electronic health record systems. Educate patients and families on health management and discharge planning.

Orientation: 36 hours Float within units of equivalent or lower acuity required COVID-19 vaccine not required; flu vaccine required (medical exemptions only) RTO required with submission and must be built into contract
