Loss Mitigation Specialist: SPOC for Delinquent Mortgages

Selene Holdings is seeking a Loss Mitigation Specialist to serve as the SPOC for a portfolio of non-performing assets, contacting borrowers and negotiating loss mitigation options to minimize foreclosure losses. This in-office role focuses on complex negotiations for 90+ day delinquencies, including short sales and deeds-in-lieu, with training Monday–Friday 8am–5pm CST and a rotating Saturday.
