While we cherish our time together, we're looking for someone who can help streamline the daily chaos and bring some much-needed order to our busy lives.Things tend to get especially hectic during work travel when one parent is away for extended periods, leaving the other to juggle most household duties. That's where you come in - we're seeking someone who can become an integral part of our family by managing day-to-day household operations and creating systems that bring structure and support. We'd also love to bring more consistency to home organization, laundry, meal planning and prep, and other tasks that often slip through the cracks when life gets overwhelming.Our family values flexibility, fun, and connection, and we're hoping to find someone who will naturally fit into our rhythm. We enjoy spending time with our extended family, who live nearby and are deeply involved in the kids' sports and activities.
