Key Responsibilities

• Assist the Spa Director in overseeing daily spa operations, including scheduling, staffing, and inventory management.
• Ensure all spa services meet quality standards and exceed guest expectations.
• Support the recruitment, training, and development of spa staff to maintain a professional and motivated team.
• Help implement marketing and promotional strategies to increase spa revenue and client retention.
• Maintain compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
• Manage guest relations by addressing concerns and ensuring a positive spa experience.
• Assist in budgeting, financial reporting, and cost control measures.
• Collaborate with other departments to enhance overall guest satisfaction and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in spa management or a related hospitality role preferred.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Knowledge of spa treatments, wellness trends, and customer service best practices.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
