Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Spa Director to lead and manage our spa operations in Rocklin, CA. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the spa, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, managing staff, and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement spa policies, procedures, and standards to ensure high-quality service delivery.
Recruit, train, and supervise spa staff, fostering a positive and professional work environment.
Manage daily spa operations including scheduling, inventory control, and maintenance of facilities and equipment.
Create and execute marketing strategies to increase spa revenue and customer retention.
Monitor financial performance, prepare budgets, and analyze sales reports to meet business goals.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain a clean, safe environment for guests and staff.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and community partners.
Stay current with industry trends and innovations to continuously enhance spa offerings.

Qualifications

Proven experience as a Spa Director or in a similar leadership role within the spa or wellness industry.
Strong knowledge of spa operations, treatments, and customer service standards.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage budgets, analyze financial data, and drive profitability.
Familiarity with health and safety regulations related to spa environments.
Proficient in scheduling and spa management software.
Passion for wellness and commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences.
Relevant certifications or licenses in spa management or related fields are a plus.
