Personal Assistant

We are seeking a bilingual (English/Spanish) Personal Assistant to support a private couple based in Miami, FL. This part-time, hybrid role involves a mix of remote work and occasional in-person support at their residence.

Miami, FL (Hybrid – Remote + On-Site as Needed)

$28–34/hr | 15–20 hrs/week to start

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and coordinate household vendors and services
• Organize personal calendars and assist with scheduling
• Arrange travel and handle related logistics
• Run errands as needed (mileage reimbursed)
• Maintain organization in the household (as needed)
• Communicate clearly and respectfully with both principals
• Handle all responsibilities with discretion, reliability, and confidentiality

Requirements:

• Fluency in both English and Spanish (written and spoken)
• Prior experience as a Personal Assistant (non-corporate/household preferred)
• Tech-savvy with the ability to manage basic digital tools and communication platforms
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Flexible and reliable with a proactive mindset
• Comfortable with a hybrid work arrangement (mostly remote with occasional on-site needs)
