Assistant Project ManagerHypower, LLC. is currently seeking an Assistant Project Manager to join our team!An Assistant Project Manager works alongside the Project Manager to plan and execute projects. Duties include identifying clients' project needs and goals, creating a detailed plan to successfully complete a project, and organizing and storing project reports and documents.The successful candidate may work alone or with a team and will undertake the following duties and more as instructed by the Project Manager:Assisting in all phases of underground utility projects, including scheduling, procurement, construction, and closeout.Knowledge of permitting and inspection processesCoordinate utility locates, potholing, and conflict resolution with existing infrastructureDocuments job progress, permits, changes, delays, submittals, RFI's, etc.Work closely with superintendents, foremen, and field crews to ensure proper executionConducting administrative duties, such as setting up meetings, drafting invoices, and drawing estimatesResponsible for controlling the financial position of the project including billings, change orders and managing material and subcontractors,Tracking, and reporting project progressMaintain accurate project records and as-built documentationPerforming other duties assigned by the Project Manager in an orderly and efficient mannerSkills and Qualifications3+ years experience in project management or administrative assistanceProficiency in any Microsoft Office softwareProficient using Procore and Bluebeam Revu is a plusStrong written and oral communication skillsExcellent multitasking skillsAbility to read and interpret civil construction drawingsAbility to work under pressure with minimal supervisionExcellent problem-solving skillsDetail-oriented and highly organizedBenefitsNational health and dental plans.Paid vacations and holidays.Life Insurance.Short- and long-term disability plans.401(K) retirement plans.Incentive and recognition programs.National discount programsHypower LLC, Electrical and Utility Contractor.Ranked by ENR magazine as a top commercial electrical and utility contractor in the Southeast, Hypower operates through several divisions specializing in heavy civil electrical infrastructure, electrical building construction, outside plant power and communications projects, airfield lighting, and ground-mount and floating solar farms nationwide.
