Understand and respond to customer emotions and perspectives. Communicate complex technical concepts in a clear and concise manner. Build strong relationships with customers based on trust and reliability. Identify and resolve customer issues promptly and efficiently. Keep the customer informed about project progress and potential issues. Cross-Functional Team Coordination Work collaboratively with teams from different functions (e.g., development, design, marketing). Ensure shared understanding of project requirements and goals. Additional Preferred Qualifications Experience in a technology-driven organization. Knowledge of Lean principles and practices. Compensation, Benefits and Duration Minimum Compensation: USD 36,000 Maximum Compensation: USD 126,000. Compensation is based on actual experience and qualifications of the candidate. The above is a reasonable and good faith estimate for the role.
