Position Overview We are seeking an experienced professional to join our cardiovascular operating room (CVOR) team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in assisting during cardiovascular surgeries, ensuring that all necessary instruments and equipment are prepared and functioning correctly. This role is critical in maintaining the sterile field and providing support to the surgical team to deliver optimal patient outcomes. Key Responsibilities Assist surgeons and other medical professionals in the cardiovascular operating room during procedures. Prepare and organize the operating room with necessary instruments and supplies. Ensure the maintenance of a sterile field during surgical procedures. Monitor and maintain equipment to ensure proper functioning before and during surgery. Collaborate with the surgical team to ensure efficient workflow and patient safety. Qualifications A minimum of 3 years of CVOR surgical tech experience. Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) certification required. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required. Strong knowledge of surgical instruments and procedures specific to cardiovascular surgeries. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. About Equiliem Equiliem believes in empowering success.
