Fleet Maintenance Coordinator

Fleet Maintenance CoordinatorReporting to the Manager, Fleet and Maintenance, the Fleet Maintenance Coordinator, will be a key member of the fleet maintenance team. You will manage and oversee the maintenance for over 2,300 vehicles across the US and Canada, ensuring their safety, availability, and readiness for operational use. You will play an important role in collaborating with Field Management to manage preventative and corrective fleet maintenance, as well as working directly with vendors and auto shops to ensure all work is completed in a timely and efficient manner.Key ResponsibilitiesReview and communicate the status of purchase/service orders, ensuring compliance with company procedures and standardsMaintain accurate records of fleet-related content in the maintenance database (repairs, maintenance, vendor agreements, etc.Collaborate with Field Operations and Drivers to address repairs, preventative maintenance, and other fleet-related mattersReport on workloads, estimate repair times, and schedule repairs/maintenanceMonitor and communicate the workflow of vehicles in serviceAssist in upfitting vehicles and maintaining an inventory of vehicle suppliesManage radios, dashcams, and other related equipmentPerform additional fleet-related duties as assignedKnowledge, Skills and AbilitiesAmbition to drive measured success and timely support of a 2,300-vehicle fleet in an essential businessAbility to collaborate and elevate concerns and ideas to department leaderStrong communication skills, including active listening, empathy, patience, and tactExcellent verbal, written and presentation skills – adept at conveying any message, content or training to any audienceStrong analytical skills with the ability to make data-driven recommendations and anticipate secondary effectsRequirements and QualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent2+ years in automotive/mechanical related experience and trainingASE Certification is desired, but not requiredWe offer competitive compensation, comprehensive benefits, exceptional growth potential and stability, all within a casual and professional work environment.Hallcon is an equal opportunity at will employer and does not discriminate against any employee or applicant for employment because of age, race, religion, color, disability, sex, sexual orientation or national origin.
