What You'll DoAs a Resident Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with their daily needs and fostering a positive and enriching environment. Your responsibilities will include:
- Assisting clients with daily living activities, including personal care and hygiene and med administration.
- Providing emotional support and companionship.
- Supporting clients in achieving their goals and promoting independence.
- Ensuring a safe and clean environment.
- Communicating effectively with clients, families, and team members.
To excel in this role, you should bring the following:
- Experience : At least 1 year of experience in a similar role or caregiving capacity.
- Reliability : Dependability is key to providing consistent and quality care.
- Compassion : A caring and empathetic attitude towards others.
- Strong Communication Skills : The ability to effectively interact with clients and team members.
- Flexibility : Willingness to adapt to the needs of the individuals you support.
