What You'll Do Assist the lead teacher in preparing and delivering daily instructional materials. Provide small group and one-on-one academic support to students needing extra assistance. Help manage classroom behavior and enforce school rules to maintain a safe environment. Supervise students during recess, lunch periods, field trips, and transitions between classes. Organize classroom supplies and maintain a clean, orderly learning space. Requirements High school diploma or equivalent qualification. Minimum of one year of experience working with children in an educational setting. Ability to pass a comprehensive background check and fingerprinting process. Strong communication skills to interact effectively with students, staff, and parents. Patience and adaptability in a fast-paced classroom environment. Nice To Haves Associate degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field. Valid CPR and First Aid certification. Fluency in both English and Spanish.
