Job Title Commercial Interior Design Manager - Multi Family Location Mission, KS Type Direct Hire Compensation $100,000.00 - $110,000.00 Contractor Work Model Onsite Responsibilities Lead the design and development of interior spaces for multi‑family residential projects, ensuring alignment with client specifications and company standards. Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and clients to deliver comprehensive design solutions on time and within budget. Manage project teams, delegate tasks, and oversee design execution from concept through construction. Develop and present design proposals, renderings, and presentation materials to clients and stakeholders. Ensure all designs comply with safety, building codes, and accessibility standards. Stay updated on industry trends, materials, and innovative design techniques to maintain a competitive edge. Requirements Previous experience managing interior design projects within the multi‑family residential sector. Strong proficiency with design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or similar. Excellent project management and communication skills. Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field.
