Job Details Location: Arizona Biltmore Golf Club – Phoenix, AZ 85016. Position: Full‑time or Part‑time. Salary: $15.15 per hour. Hours: Weekdays and Weekends. Guest Experience & Customer Service: meet and greet all guests warmly; provide scorecards and pencils; maintain contact throughout the day; assess experience; share concerns with management. Course Monitoring & Play Management: drive the course to monitor pace and etiquette; assist bottleneck groups; serve as spotter; maintain radio communication with golf shop; stay alert to wildlife. Event & Tournament Support: assist with labeling bags, loading/unloading, and shuttling golfers to the range. Course Care & Maintenance Support: pick up trash; empty garbage cans; check restrooms; swap out inactive golf carts; return range balls. Safety & Incident Response: assist in accident and incident reports; request non‑golfers and trespassers vacate; report hazards to management. Cross‑Departmental Support: support other departments as requested. Other: attend meetings and trainings; adhere to safety standards; perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications Education: High school diploma or GED. Experience: Minimum one year of recreational golf participation and prior customer‑service experience. Skills & Abilities: knowledge of golf rules and etiquette; strong communication with guests and teammates; outgoing personality; ability to operate a golf cart; work independently; follow oral and written instructions; keep accurate records; flexibility to adapt; use of radio; use of employee self‑service database. License: Valid state driver’s license (required to operate golf carts). Schedule: Availability for weekends and holidays; flexibility for overtime and business needs. Physical Demands Drive, walk, and move around the golf course; stand for long periods; lift and carry equipment up to 50 pounds. Require physical endurance, bending, and manual dexterity; regular talking and active listening. Vision requirements include close vision and eye‑hand coordination.
