(DIRECT HIRE) Senior Recruiting Coordinator

Job Description
- Own end-to-end scheduling for complex, multi-stage interview processes.
- Coordinate phone screens, technical interviews, panels, debriefs, and onsite interviews.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for candidates throughout the interview process.
- Partner closely with recruiters, hiring managers, and interview teams to coordinate scheduling logistics.
- Resolve scheduling conflicts and last-minute changes efficiently.
- Build and maintain interview plans, scorecards, and scheduling workflows within Greenhouse.
- Coordinate candidate travel, lodging, and expense reimbursements.
- Track recruiting coordination metrics and identify process bottlenecks.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior recruiting coordinators.
- Serve as a subject matter expert for Greenhouse configuration and interview logistics.
- Support offer coordination, background checks, and additional recruiting operations activities.
- Drive process improvements that increase efficiency and help scale recruiting operations.
