As a Recruiter, you'll oversee the full candidate search process, collaborating closely with your assigned on-site hiring manager to meet their staffing needs and facilitate each candidate's onboarding journey. Our Recruiting team is committed to sourcing sales talent nationwide, emphasizing a swift and results-driven approach. Competitive base salary with uncapped quarterly bonuses. Prime location in downtown Chicago, surrounded by a variety of dining and social venues. Exposure to executive leadership. Direct access to all hiring managers. Key Responsibilities Develop expertise in recruiting top sales talent within your region. Actively source candidates through job boards, referrals, social media, and campus recruiting events. Manage the complete recruiting lifecycle, from initial contact through onboarding. Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers, peers, and recruiting leadership. Qualifications Ability to thrive in a metrics-driven environment. Experience in sourcing talent and driving applications through proactive outreach. Highly motivated with a strong work ethic. Desire to contribute to our continued growth and success. Compensation: $40,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year Freight Wizards is a 3PL Freight Brokerage that aims to connect our Customers with qualified Carriers to service their Freight Transportation needs across North America.
