One of Swoon's top clients in the SaaS space is hiring a Sales Recruiter to join their team out of their Chicago, Atlanta, NYC or San Francisco office! Details Hybrid schedule – 3 days onsite per week in one of the following locations: Chicago, Atlanta, NYC or San Francisco. Contract Length: 6-month contract with potential extension. Rate: $42-$46/hour W. About the Role They are seeking an experienced Sales Recruiter to support their high-growth Sales organization. This is a high-volume, exceptionally fast-paced environment that requires a talent partner who thrives in ambiguity. In this role you will manage the entire hiring process from initial sourcing to offer acceptance or be in a split model helping us scale our Go-To-Market team. Qualifications 4+ years of recruiting experience (agency and/or in‑house) with a proven track record in a fast‑paced Sales or GTM recruiting environment. Familiarity with technology/SaaS markets and the ability to articulate the Agentic Enterprise value proposition and story to candidates. Proficiency with Workday ATS, Slack, GoodTime and Google Preferred. #J-18808-Ljbffr Swoon
