Key Responsibilities Lead day-to-day marketing operations across digital channels, content, events, and communications. Manage marketing staff, workflows, deadlines, budgets, and performance metrics. Oversee website updates, blog content, marketing collateral, and customer-facing materials. Develop and execute LinkedIn marketing strategies and broader social media content calendars. Plan and coordinate webinars, virtual events, industry conferences, and sponsorship opportunities. Expand the company's annual event calendar and marketing initiatives ahead of the 2028 election cycle. Monitor SEO performance, lead generation, engagement, and overall marketing ROI. Collaborate with company leadership to align marketing activities with business development and growth objectives. Establish clear performance expectations, accountability, and reporting processes across marketing initiatives. Qualifications Senior-level marketing leadership experience in politics, technology, advocacy, or a related industry. Strong understanding of political campaigns, consulting firms, political organizations, and election cycles. Demonstrated success managing remote teams, marketing personnel, and multiple simultaneous projects. Hands-on leadership style with strong organizational skills, accountability, and follow-through. Experience overseeing digital marketing, websites, content development, social media, events, and budgets. Data-driven approach with experience tracking marketing KPIs, lead generation, and campaign performance. Excellent communication, project management, and problem-solving abilities.
