About the Role Vantia VA is seeking an experienced Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead the growth and development of the company. The CEO will be responsible for setting Vantia VA’s overall strategy, growing revenue, building a high-performing team, improving service delivery, and developing a scalable operating model capable of supporting hundreds or potentially thousands of founders and businesses. This is an entrepreneurial leadership role for an executive who understands how to build and scale a service-based business while maintaining excellent client satisfaction and strong unit economics. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute Vantia VA’s overall growth strategy. Build a scalable virtual assistant agency serving founders, startups, and growing businesses. Grow recurring revenue through direct sales, partnerships, referrals, and other customer acquisition channels. Develop service offerings across sales support, customer support, executive assistance, and administrative operations. Recruit, train, and manage a high-performing team of virtual assistants and operational leaders. Establish systems for matching clients with the appropriate virtual assistants based on skills, industry experience, and business needs. Create standardized onboarding, training, quality assurance, and performance management processes. Maintain high levels of client satisfaction and retention. Develop pricing, compensation, and staffing models that support attractive gross margins and long-term profitability. Implement technology, automation, and AI tools to improve productivity and service quality. Build and manage the company’s sales pipeline and strategic partnerships. Establish KPIs across revenue growth, customer acquisition, client retention, assistant utilization, service quality, and profitability. Work closely with founders and clients to understand their operational challenges and continuously improve Vantia VA’s services. Recruit and develop the leadership team as the company grows. Ideal Candidate The ideal candidate is an entrepreneurial operator with experience building or scaling a service-based, staffing, outsourcing, BPO, recruiting, or technology-enabled services business. Strong candidates may have experience in: Virtual assistant or remote staffing businesses Business process outsourcing Recruiting or staffing SaaS or technology-enabled services Sales development organizations Customer success or customer support operations Founder services or startup operations The CEO should be highly commercial, comfortable selling directly to founders and executives, and capable of balancing aggressive growth with operational excellence.
