About the Role
The Company is in search of a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to provide strategic financial oversight for its hospital entities. The CFO will be a key member of the hospital executive team, responsible for the financial operations and leadership of the combined footprint. This high-impact role demands a leader who can ensure the technical integrity of financial reporting while also driving operational efficiency and clinical partnership. The successful candidate will have a broad understanding of healthcare reimbursement methodologies and GAAP, and experience in a highly matrixed healthcare organization is essential. Candidates for the CFO position at the company's hospital entities must have a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, with a Master’s degree and professional certification being highly preferred. A minimum of 10-15 years' of healthcare accounting experience, including at least 5 years in progressive hospital finance operations leadership, is required. Experience supporting a hospital with a significant number of beds is also preferred. The CFO will be expected to have a strong background in financial management within the healthcare sector, with a focus on operational financial matters across various service lines. Systems knowledge of Workday and Kaufmann Hall is a plus.
