Press Operator Assistant Starting Range: Starting at $22.00 an hour for day shift with a 7.5% an hour shift differential for night shift. Additional Incentives

Company will provide all tools necessary 2+ Weeks' Vacation (years of experience in trade considered) Cross-training provided Work Hours: 12-hour shift (nights) Location: 3094 Lester Dr. Kendallville, IN As our Press Assistant, you will: Assist the Press Operator with the everyday operation of the press Ensure Press is producing product to exceed our customers’ expectations Work in a team environment and cross-train with others Receive training to help advance your career Move gathered books from end of press and place on skids Physical Requirements Must be able to Lift and carry up to 50 pound Must be able to stand for the entire duration of your shift Qualifications Experience – Previous machine experience preferred Attention to detail, good communication skills, comfortable with computer applications.
