Administrative Financial Assistant

Administrative Financial Assistant

Sparks Group is seeking an Administrative Financial Assistant to support a client in the Winchester Area. This is a 3-month contract with the potential to extend. Please apply today!

Responsibilities
  • Answer phones and transfer calls
  • Communicate with clients via email and respond to correspondence
  • Print daily client invoices
  • Prepare payment collection emails for team
  • Review approved invoices and log in AP team's sub-ledger
  • Assist with reconciling corporate credit card statements
  • Additional administrative tasks and duties as assigned
Qualifications/Background Profile
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word
  • Must be highly trainable and have the ability to follow established guidelines
  • Must have a positive can-do attitude
  • Must have strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Comfortable working in an extremely fast paced environment
  • Must be able to pass a thorough background check
