Employment Type: Part‑Time Compensation: $25–$30 per hour (based on experience) Position Overview We are seeking a detail‑oriented and reliable Bookkeeper & Administrative Support Specialist to manage day‑to‑day financial operations and provide general administrative assistance. This role is ideal for someone with strong accounting experience who is comfortable working independently in a part‑time, onsite setting. Key Responsibilities Manage and maintain financial records using QuickBooks , including: Accounts payable Perform accurate bank reconciliations and maintain all bank account records Monitor and ensure proper documentation of financial transactions Support monthly close‑out processes Billing & Financial Systems Oversee and manage billing operations using Biller Genie Ensure timely invoicing and payment tracking Resolve discrepancies in billing and payments Prepare monthly financial reports , including: Cash flow analysis Summary of expenses and revenue Assist in identifying financial trends and variances Administrative Support Maintain organized financial and administrative records Assist with general office administrative tasks as needed Support internal coordination related to financial operations Qualifications Proven experience in bookkeeping or accounting roles Proficiency in QuickBooks (required) Experience with Biller Genie (required) or similar billing platforms (preferred) Strong understanding of: Bank reconciliations High attention to detail and accuracy Strong organizational and time management skills Ability to work independently in an onsite environment Preferred Attributes Experience in small to mid‑sized business accounting Reliable and consistent availability for part‑time onsite work #J-18808-Ljbffr G4i Staffing Support Inc.
