Insurance Sales – Local Allstate Agency

What you’ll do

• Engage new prospects, qualify leads, and close protection plans. 
• Simplify choices and recommend coverage that fits needs and budgets. 
• Manage a clean pipeline with consistent outreach and follow‑ups. 
• Deliver positive experiences on phone, video, and in person. 
• Serve your community with advice that protects families and assets. 

What you bring

• Drive, professionalism, and follow‑through—goal‑oriented and coachable. 
• Clear written and verbal communication. 
• Interest in a sales career (experience helpful, not required). 
• Willingness to obtain Property & Casualty license after hire (current licenses = plus).
