Product Owner (AI, Ontology & System of Intelligence)
Must Have Skills
Drive the PBM System of Intelligence roadmap by identifying, prioritizing, and managing AI, analytics, and semantic-layer Cross-Domain Use Cases.
Partner with business stakeholders to define business concepts, glossary terms, KPI definitions, taxonomies, and domain knowledge required for ontology development.
Translate business requirements into semantic models, metric views, ontology entities, relationships, business rules, and Genie Agent capabilities.
Facilitate discovery sessions across PBM domains including Prior Authorization, Claims, Formulary, Clinical Programs, and Member Experience to identify high-value AI use cases.
Own backlog management, user story development, prioritization, stakeholder alignment, UAT planning, and release readiness activities.
Define business success criteria, expected outcomes, KPI measurements, and value realization frameworks for Genie Agents and conversational analytics solutions.
Support benchmarking, evaluation, feedback management, and continuous improvement of AI agents, semantic assets, and business intelligence capabilities.
Serve as the bridge between business SMEs, semantic architects, data engineers, and AI platform teams to ensure accurate and governed business intelligence delivery.
