Location: Pittsfield, ME Job Type: Direct Hire | Full-Time Salary: $62,000–$68,000 per year Schedules July 2026 Schedule: Monday-Friday : 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM Non-Peak Schedule: Monday–Thursday: 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM (must be flexible to work Fridays as needed) About the Role Adecco is seeking an experienced Warehouse Manager to lead the daily operations of our Shipping & Receiving facility. This leadership role is responsible for overseeing warehouse operations, coordinating outbound shipments, managing inventory accuracy, and leading a team dedicated to meeting production and shipping deadlines. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment, promotes teamwork, and is committed to safety, efficiency, and continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities Direct and oversee all daily warehouse activities, including receiving, storage, order fulfillment, and shipping. Coordinate outbound freight and schedule shipments with third-party transportation providers. Maintain inventory integrity through cycle counts, audits, and inventory reconciliation. Supervise, coach, train, and schedule warehouse personnel while fostering a positive and productive work environment. Monitor warehouse performance and identify opportunities to improve productivity, efficiency, and workflow. Maintain receiving records and ensure all documentation is accurate and up to date. Organize and process job tickets and shipping documentation. Step in to assist the loading dock team during busy periods to help keep operations running smoothly. Qualifications Minimum of 5 years of warehouse, shipping, receiving, or logistics management experience. High school diploma or GED required. Previous experience with UPS shipping systems is a plus. Basic math and measurement skills. Excellent communication and leadership abilities. Self-motivated with the ability to prioritize work and make sound decisions independently. Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where priorities may change throughout the day. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds. Flexibility to work additional hours during seasonal business demands. Preferred Qualifications Forklift experience or previous certification preferred (training available). Experience moving trailers is a plus; training will be provided if needed. Knowledge of warehouse safety practices and shipping operations. Why Join Us?
