While there are several tasks that define your role, you will need to be really good at making it easy for our guests: delivering service with a personal touch and delighting others whenever possible, all with an approachable sense of luxury. Most of the time, you will be: Ensuring that guest rooms are clean and neat Completing daily assignment of guest rooms within allotted time and perform general cleaning as assigned Stocking and maintaining cart in a neat, orderly manner at all times Picking up rooms as needed, based on occupancy What we can’t train is what’s inside of you. Ability to reach a height of 6 feet, and transport, push, pull and maneuver a cart weighing up to 60 lbs. Ability to climb, bend, reach, walk, and stand for the duration of shift.
