Registered Nurse - Inpatient Rehabilitation

Location: Corpus Christi, TX

Assignment Duration: This is a 13-week contract position.

Schedule: Night Shift: 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM

Job Description: We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse to join our inpatient rehabilitation team. The successful candidate will provide high-quality patient care, administer medications, and perform procedures to support patient recovery.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct patient assessments and implement care plans.
• Perform patient transfers and bladder scans.
• Administer medications and manage dressing changes.
• Ensure compliance with unit guidelines and patient safety protocols.
• Participate in hourly rounding and bedside report/handoff.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure:

• Valid RN Licensure.
• BLS Certification.
• Experience in transfer training and EMR proficiency is essential.
• Preferred: Rehab experience and knowledge of rehab scoring documentation.
