• Compare availability pricing features and supplier policies
• Provide accurate information about reservation options
• Coordinate booking details with suppliers and service providers
• Verify names dates itineraries and payment schedules
• Assist with modifications and special requests
• Maintain organized reservation records
• Follow up with clients before and after bookings
• Complete ongoing training on booking resources and supplier options
