Operations Manager – Behavioral Health | Hybrid NYC A rapidly growing behavioral health organization in New York City is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to help lead and scale a highly innovative mental health practice focused on delivering transformative patient care. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in fast-paced healthcare environments and wants to play a meaningful role in shaping the future of behavioral health services. Location: New York City (Hybrid – minimum 2 onsite days/week) Compensation: $100K–$120K base + incentives Full Benefits Package Included What You’ll Do: Oversee daily clinical and operational workflows Improve systems, processes, and patient experience initiatives Partner closely with clinical leadership and multidisciplinary teams Track operational performance, utilization, and revenue metrics Support hiring, onboarding, and team development Lead operational growth and technology initiatives across the practice What We’re Looking For: 5+ years of healthcare operations or practice management experience Strong leadership and project management skills Experience building scalable systems and workflows Ability to work both strategically and hands-on Excellent collaboration and communication skills Preferred Background: Behavioral health or mental health operations experience Experience within high-growth healthcare environments Familiarity with innovative mental health treatment models is a plus This organization has built a collaborative interdisciplinary team environment and offers the opportunity to make a direct impact while helping scale a growing practice focused on high-touch, patient-centered care.
