Vice President, Legal
Virtual Vocations Inc
Seeking a full-time remote Vice President, Legal, this role will manage healthcare regulatory and commercial matters, negotiate agreements, and provide legal guidance to support a rapidly growing AI-enabled diagnostic imaging company. Key Responsibilities: Lead and negotiate a variety of commercial agreements with hospitals, health systems, and technology partners Advise on healthcare regulatory matters including Anti-Kickback, Stark Law, and HIPAA compliance Develop scalable legal processes and manage outside counsel for specialized expertise Required Qualifications: J.D. from an accredited law school and active membership in a U.S. state bar 12+ years of relevant legal experience in healthcare or highly regulated industries Strong experience with healthcare regulatory compliance and commercial contracting Experience working with healthcare providers or technology companies is highly desirable Broad legal judgment with the ability to handle various corporate and compliance matters
