Qualifications:

• Active RBT Certification required
• Experience in special education settings strongly preferred
• Rhode Island state certification preferred
• Genuine enthusiasm for helping school-aged children succeed

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct behavioral interventions to students, following established treatment plans
• Collaborate with educators, therapists, and support staff to ensure students receive optimal support
• Collect and record data regarding student behavior and progress
• Assist with developing and implementing behavior management strategies
• Communicate regularly with team members and supervisors to address student needs
