Qualifications:

• Current RBT Certification required
• Experience working with special education populations in schools strongly preferred
• Rhode Island state certification highly valued
• Strong communication and collaboration skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver one-on-one and small group ABA interventions tailored to each student’s needs
• Collect data on behavioral progress and assist with implementing behavior plans under BCBA direction
• Engage with teachers and support staff to coordinate effective strategies, providing insight and feedback
• Maintain accurate records for progress reporting and compliance with district requirements
