Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled CNC Machinist to join our team in Tulsa, OK. The ideal candidate will have experience with 3- and 4-axis CNC machines , specializing in setup, operation, and tight tolerance machining . This position will involve working with oil and gas industry components , requiring precision and attention to detail.

Responsibilities:

• Setup and operate 3- and 4-axis CNC machines to produce high-quality components.
• Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and GD&T specifications .
• Perform tight tolerance machining with regular quality checks using precision measurement tools.
• Make necessary adjustments to machine settings and tooling to maintain accuracy.
• Troubleshoot machining issues and perform basic machine maintenance.
• Work with various metals, including materials commonly used in the oil and gas industry .
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment while following company policies and safety procedures.

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of CNC machining experience (preferably with 3- and 4-axis machines).
• Strong knowledge of CNC setup, tooling, and offsets .
• Experience working with tight tolerances (±0.0005") .
• Ability to use precision measurement tools such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges .
• Familiarity with G-code and M-code programming is a plus but not required.
• Previous experience in oil and gas manufacturing is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
