Job Summary

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Ultrasound Tech - General to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities

• Perform abdominal, pelvic, and transvaginal sonograms under the direction of a Radiologist.
• Conduct ultrasound-guided procedures such as biopsies, drainage, and aspirations.
• Provide diagnostic services for both inpatients and outpatients effectively and efficiently.
• Maintain ultrasound equipment and work area, ensuring compliance with safety standards.
• Participate in on-call rotations as required, covering 2-3 nights per week.
• Ensure accurate documentation and reporting of ultrasound findings.

Qualifications

• ARDMS registered in General RDMS and Vascular (RVT).
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
• Experience in obstetric ultrasound required.
• Graduate of an accredited AMA school for Ultrasound Technology.
• State Licensed as a general radiographer or Registered Diagnostic Medical Sonographer (RDMS).
• Strong proficiency in conducting various ultrasound scans and procedures.
