Responsibilities Work closely with borrowers, loan officers, title companies/attorneys, or insurance companies to gather and prepare all documents needed to satisfy underwriting requirements Maintain an active rolling pipeline of funding per our guidelines Assist borrowers in selecting loan programs that best fit their financial goals and needs Maintain and build relationships through networking and prospecting with bankers, realtors, builders, and your community to attract new business Interface with realtors, processors, and underwriters to ensure a smooth transaction while overseeing all customer interactions Qualifications Bachelor’s degree from a four year college or university required in banking, business, real estate, or a related field Maintain current registration with the National Mortgage Licensing System Registry Understanding of loan originator software such as Experian, LendingWise, or Calyx, and Office Suite highly preferred Several years of experience in real estate, mortgage origination, or lending required Knowledge of FHA, VA, USDA, conventional, fixed/adjustable loans, Bridge Loans, Non-Conforming Loans, FNMA and FHLMC, and Home Equity Lines of Credit Compensation $90,000 - $225,000 at plan earnings About Next Wave Mortgage Next Wave Mortgage is redefining what a mortgage brokerage can be.
