Job Title: Field Service Engineer - Linear Accelerator (LINAC) Location: Maryland / Washington, DC (Full-time, Permanent)Salary: $120,000-$160,000 + benefits About the Company:
A leading medical technology service provider is seeking a skilled Field Service Engineer to support advanced oncology treatment systems. The company is known for its commitment to quality service, technical excellence, and ongoing innovation across the U.S. healthcare landscape. Role Overview:
This role focuses on installation, calibration, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance of Linear Accelerators (LINAC). You'll work independently in the field, provide remote support when needed, and ensure high system uptime for healthcare providers across the Maryland and Washington, DC region. Occasional travel to local client sites is required. Key Requirements:
• Proven field service experience with medical linear accelerators
• Strong background in electronic and electro-mechanical systems
• Hands-on expertise with test and calibration equipment
• Comfortable supporting PC-based systems
• Based in or willing to relocate to the Maryland/DC area Ideal Candidate:
