Description

The Global Support Team Representative will be responsible for answering incoming tickets via email regarding the status of equipment returns. They will create RMAs, generate return shipping labels, and close cases for global customers, specifically in India and Brazil.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of Phoenix, AZ.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $20.00/hr.
