Responsibilities Deploy, maintain, and support servers, network hardware, and cabling within high-performance trading data centers. Perform racking and stacking, structured cabling, and physical infrastructure management. Collaborate closely with network and systems engineers to ensure ultra‑low‑latency performance. Support Linux‑based systems and automation of operational workflows. Troubleshoot hardware and connectivity issues in mission‑critical environments. Contribute to the continuous improvement of data center operations and infrastructure scalability. Maintain accurate inventory and documentation of all data center assets. Ensure adherence to best practices for security, uptime, and redundancy. Skills / Must Have 3+ years’ experience in a data center engineering or infrastructure operations role. Background in financial trading environments or hyperscalers (preferred). Proven expertise in racking and stacking, structured cabling, and network infrastructure. Strong understanding of Linux systems administration and troubleshooting. Experience supporting low‑latency networking or high‑performance compute environments. Exceptional attention to detail and a calm, methodical approach under pressure. Excellent communication and documentation skills.
