Your New Role
Answer inbound customer calls and gather accurate service details in Woodland, CA
Schedule plumbing service appointments using ServiceTitan
Dispatch technicians based on availability, skill set, location, and job urgency
Handle same-day and emergency service requests with efficiency and accuracy
Monitor technician routes, job progress, and arrival times throughout the day
Communicate schedule updates and changes with technicians in real time
Maintain detailed job notes, customer records, and appointment logs
Deliver professional, friendly, and solution-focused customer service on every interaction

2+ years of dispatching or scheduling experience specifically within a service plumbing environment
Experience using ServiceTitan is preferred but not required
High school diploma or equivalent
Strong multitasking and organizational skills in a fast-paced environment
Clear and professional communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to prioritize urgent and same-day service calls effectively
Comfortable using scheduling software and maintaining accurate digital records
