What You Will Be Doing Day-to-Day:

• Contributing to surgical procedures by setting up and organizing the operating room for a variety of interventions
• Ensuring aseptic conditions and adhering strictly to infection control measures
• Providing instruments and necessary supplies to surgeons and assistants during operations
• Managing and caring for surgical equipment before, throughout, and after each procedure
• Keeping track of surgical supplies to guarantee all are prepared for upcoming surgeries
• Working in tandem with nurses, anesthesiologists, and surgical teams to provide coordinated care
• Accurately documenting surgical counts and maintaining necessary records

Qualifications Required:

• Graduation from an accredited Surgical Technology program
• A high school diploma or equivalent is required

Required Certifications:

• Must possess a current CST (Certified Surgical Technologist) certification
• BLS certification required within 90 days of hire
