We are seeking a highly motivated and Business Development Lead to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in driving sales growth and contributing to the achievement of our business goals. Responsibilities Work closely with senior management to align with the company's business goals and objectives Oversee the end-to-end sales process, including lead generation, prospecting, and negotiating final deals Continuously identify areas for improvement and provide valuable recommendations for change Cultivate and nurture relationships with external lead sources, such as industry professionals and organizations Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of trading practices, market trends, and trading systems to effectively address client needs Maintain a strong understanding of the company's organizational structure to ensure efficient collaboration across departments Requirements Demonstrate a proven track record of consistently achieving sales goals Exhibit exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and lead sources Display excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Maintain a detail-oriented, professional, and polished demeanor Possess a solid understanding of the company's organizational structure Have or be willing to obtain the Series 7 license Benefits Health Care Plan (Medical, Dental & Vision) Retirement Plan (401k, IRA) Paid Time Off (Vacation, Sick & Public Holidays) Family Leave (Maternity, Paternity) Work From Home Base Salary Range: $55,000 - $80,000 Performance-based commission structure #J-18808-Ljbffr
