Sr. Product Associate

A leading financial services company is hiring a Sr. Product Associate to support their on‑site team in Columbus, OH. This temp role offers an opportunity to work within a dynamic customer acquisition environment focused on delivering high‑quality digital product experiences. Sr. Product Associate Responsibilities: Maintain and develop a healthy product backlog to streamline project workflows. Collaborate with engineering, product, and partner teams to plan and execute QA testing, including environment checks and test conditioning. Communicate strategies, progress, and insights effectively across various audiences. Serve as a subject matter expert by staying curious about digital product trends and connecting that knowledge to team efforts. Analyze customer and technical problems, asking questions to define issues and understanding platform placement within the Chase ecosystem. Sr. Product Associate Qualifications: Ability to juggle multiple projects with strong attention to detail. Flexibility to adapt to changing business priorities and maintain timelines. Demonstrated experience managing product testing, including story creation, defining acceptance criteria, and end‑to‑end testing. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, a related field, or equivalent experience, with at least 2 years of product management or similar expertise.
