Floater Phlebotomist - LabPride Health is hiring a Floater Phlebotomist - Lab to support our client's healthcare team in Jacksonville, FL.Job DetailsSchedule: Mon-Fri 8-hour shift between 5:30am - 3:30pm, Rotational Saturdays (40 hours per week)Location: Jacksonville, FL 32257Job Type: contractContract Length: 19 Week/sPay Rate: $22.79 - $24.41 per hour Weekly gross pay is based on a taxable hourly wage and daily lodging and meals & incidentals stipends based on USA GSA guidelines.Key ResponsibilitiesPerform venipuncture, capillary, pediatric, geriatric, and adult blood collections.Collect, label, process, and package clinical and forensic specimens.Verify patient identification, demographics, and required signatures.Maintain accurate records and specimen integrity.Follow HIPAA, safety, quality, and established collection protocols.Provide professional patient care and excellent customer service.Travel between PSCs, physician offices, and assigned locations as needed.Work independently while managing multiple priorities efficiently.Qualifications:A High School Diploma or GED is required.
